We’ve watched the video and looked through all the photos and we are both so in love with what you’ve created!

Every single shot is beautiful and we can’t wait to share them with everyone!

I’m been dying to go to Avoncroft Museum and shoot another wedding there since Caroline and Mark‘s beautiful day a couple of years ago so when Tom and Chase got in touch and told me their story, I was over the moon!

Tom first dropped me a line with the most beautiful opening email ever and I knew straight away that I needed to be a part of this adventure!

They met in California when Tom went over there to study and when he came back, he did so with a Californian boyfriend!

They’re both geology students and love travelling all over the world – San Diego, Sacramento, Seattle and The Grand Canyon. London, Paris, Belgium, Utah.. and not forgetting Iceland where Tom got down on one knee and proposed!

I loved their story, I loved them and I loved being a part of their amazing day!

Groom gets ready for his wedding at an airbnb in Bromsgrove

Avoncroft Museum Wedding

I started groom preparation with Chase and his family who had all booked a nearby Airbnb farmhouse, they couldn’t have been more welcoming and it set a beautiful tone for the day 🙂

I set off to Avoncroft where I met up with Tom who arrived in style in this gorgeous red sports car.

Both Tom and Chase were walked down the aisle by their Mom’s, it was a really lovely moment and the ceremony, led by celebrant Lisa at Embrace The Day, was emotional, funny and heartfelt, everything a wedding ceremony should be!

Museum of Buildings

Avoncroft Museum is a dream location for us photographers, with a wealth of amazing old buildings to choose as a backdrop. We started off at the windmill with a few portraits and the bridal party joined us too – I have to admit to a few inner heart-leaps when taking these photos as the light was just perfect and Tom and Chase were superstars! How fantastic do they look?! And how happy! 🙂

Avoncroft Museum have this little train running around the venue and if you’re very lucky, they let you hire it for your wedding. Now, it may seem like a strange idea but I promise you, it’s the best fun for your guests – pretty good fun for me too as I have to travel backwards for the best photos – “Hello Motion Sickness!”

Tom and Chase’s wedding guests loved it and it was great to have something to occupy everyone and keep them entertained after dinner.

I had the most amazing fun shooting this wedding with two of the most gorgeous people I’ve ever met!
