This beautiful Ludlow Castle wedding not being on the blog already is a crime! And all my own doing!
I’d never shot at Ludlow Castle before and being a Covid wedding I wasn’t sure what to expect but, wow, what an absolutely stunning venue – getting married in the roundhouse in the centre of the grounds was a real spectacle and I was spoilt for choice with couple shoot locations.
As was the case for a lot of weddings in those pandemic days, the party happened in the garden of a family home with just a few close friends and family so this was a short coverage wedding for me but one that I’ve always wanted to get on the blog, not least because I won a Fearless award for that bridal veil photo!
I had the most amazing time with the lovely Helen and Sam and have incredible memories of this beautiful day in the market town of Ludlow – a gorgeous sunny day in April, Helen arriving in all her finery, walking through the clamour of market stalls on a busy Saturday, a stunning ceremony location, climbing to the uppermost castle turret and joining the guests for a stroll along the castle walls to the party.
Such a glorious day and if you’re thinking of having a wedding at Ludlow Castle, I can highly recommend, the team are so wonderfully helpful and the venue is top-notch! 🙂
