I’m putting the finishing touches to Helen and M

I’m putting the finishing touches to Helen and Matt’s beautiful Mythe Barn wedding today.

What a way to end my 2024 wedding season! 💍 💫

It’s not time to put my feet up and get stuck into the Hallmark Christmas movies just yet though (anyone else? 🫣) as my diary is filled with exciting branding shoots over the next couple of weeks (and Frankie’s GCSE mocks, not so exciting!) but I’m looking forward to some family time over the festive period to recharge my batteries before wedding season 2025 kicks off!

It’s definitely enquiry time and my inbox is jumping for joy every time a message about an amazing wedding pings in!
2025 might not be the busiest year (covid still leaving its delightful mark 🙈) but my weddings are looking tip top and there’s lots of exciting things happening for me to get my teeth into! 🤩

But now, Matt and Helen, there’s not long to wait, the weekend is looking like a good time for Xmas present number 1 - your wedding photos!!!!
Stay tuned 👀 ⭐️

The best Dad and Daughter dance to start my post today. I had to stay on my toes to keep up with these two! 💃🏻 🕺

Kelly and Connor, check your inbox, your photos are ready and kicking off the weekend with this one couldn’t make me any happier! ❤️

This was an absolutely awesome day with the best people, loads of happy tears and all the fall feels 🍂
The weather was perfect, the squad was on fire and the memories were priceless!

Kelly and Connor, you helped tie up my year in the best way - and at one of my favourite venues - Mythe Barn (always a perfect choice!)

I’m wedding-free this weekend but seeing these again kind of wants to make me gatecrash some weddings with my camera in hand! Get the bouncers prepped! 💪🏻

Well, my last wedding off the year sent me off wit

Well, my last wedding off the year sent me off with a real high!

@helenibbotsonhughes and @kmatthughes gave me one to remember at Mythe Barn.

An early start with the boys bringing their power tools to the party gave me something new to shoot on a wedding morning!
There’s probably a still-intact wedding arch sitting in someone’s garage right now 🫣

While the boys set to work, the girls opened their beautiful, hand-made (by Matt!) gifted bracelets, popped champagne and ran around to find first aid for a comically bad bleeding finger!
And lovely Helen kept smiling and laughing, while holding her finger in the air!

@mythebarnweddings as always, pulled out all the stops to ensure that this day was perfect from start to finish, including a veggie feast to die for!

With heartfelt speeches, a day full of giggles and a fantastic first dance, I left this one with a huge smile, tired feet and a heart full of joy.
In fact, I got to my car, heard a belter of a song and headed back for more! My feet wouldn’t let me leave!

With no more weddings left this year, it’s almost time to get my end of 2024 compilation ready! What a brilliant year it’s been!
Stay tuned and keep your peepers peeled! 👀

So grateful to have had all of you lovely couples trust me with your weddings this year, it’s been a blast and I can’t wait to see what 2025 holds! ❤️❤️

I’ve still got a couple of prime dates free for ‘25 and ‘26 so if you’re in the planning stages and those plans involve copious amounts of confetti, belly laughs galore and a dance floor full of happy bodies pulling off their their best moves, just like Matt and Helen, get in touch to see if I’m available ❤️❤️

Huge thankyou’s to the amazing wedding stars that helped to make this one such a fantastic day :

Are you ready for the weekend?! 🥳🍾

I’ve got my first wedding free weekend in a while and it’s full of exciting things like birthday parties, Xmas light switch ons and just to keep my wedding hat on, I have a two meetings with lovely couples for their weddings next year! ❤️

But to set my Friday off with as much bursting-at-the-seams joy as possible, I wanted to share these photos from Kelly and Connors @mythebarnweddings extravaganza a couple of weeks ago!
I think I cried more at this wedding than my own!

So full of the most beautiful emotion and with absolutely stunning autumn styling, Kelly and Connor were a dream from start to finish!

My year has ended with the best couples and the most beautiful days to shoot, I’m so happy that 2024 has been such a fantastic year of highs and I’m super hopeful that next year brings more of the same ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Always love @mythebarnweddings and was fantastic to work alongside the brilliant @daniel_yates_films on this one. Special thanks to @dancefloordjs for going above and beyond, to not only get the dance floor bouncing but for being an ace photography assistant with the nighttime shots too! 😉

⭐️ SHORT COVERAGE ⭐️ Did you know that I

⭐️ SHORT COVERAGE ⭐️

Did you know that I also cover smaller, more intimate celebrations with hourly coverage?
Anna and Danny wanted just three hours for bridal prep, church ceremony and a big old fashioned party in the pub!
You don’t have to ask me twice!

Short coverage can be just as magical ✨

Their beautiful church ceremony at St Augustine’s in Solihull was followed by drinks and dancing at The Punchbowl in Lapworth, where we were blessed with a stunning golden hour ☀️

Anna and Danny wanted nothing but candids though and so our portrait session was a whirlwind, just 1 minute, 12 seconds!!! It definitely pushed my creative limits, but I loved every second of this joyful, spontaneous day.
However small and intimate your day is, it deserves to be beautifully documented! Whether it’s a cozy gathering, a heartfelt elopement or a party in a pub, I’m here to celebrate it (and shoot it) with you ❤️

Beautiful family moments in the stunning autumn co

Beautiful family moments in the stunning autumn colours of Sutton Park 🍂

This shoot was a special prize I donated to @martineaugardens - a beautiful, therapeutic community garden in the heart of Edgbaston.

Frida and her family won the session and were excited to capture their shoot at this time of year.
Sutton Park provided the perfect backdrop for their family photos and it was a joy to see their smiles and laughter as we explored together!

As we approach Christmas, I’m thrilled to open up my diary for more family shoots and make the most of these beautiful colours before the leaves fall.
It’s my favourite time of year for this so grab your winter woolies and wellies and get in touch to check my availability 🧡

A little dress mishap doesn’t have to ruin anyon

A little dress mishap doesn’t have to ruin anyone’s good vibes, as proved by Rachael who got hers trapped in the workings of a rodeo bull!

It’s a first for me! 🤩

A few circles around the ride and the dress came back, pretty much intact but with a great story to tell! 🫣😂

Throwing it back this morning to this sun-soaked summer wedding at beautiful Alcott.

Cheers to Tom and Rachael for an unforgettable day filled with laughter, love and a dance floor that didn’t stop bouncing thanks to the best bridal party around!
