I can’t believe it’s been a year since I shot these photos, delivered them to a very happy couple, stomped them ready for blogging and then lost them in an ever-growing to-do list while Abi moved to my old stomping ground of NYC to live with Chris!

It’s been a busy 12 months and though I’ve been a little lax on the blogging schedule, these two have never been far from my mind. Not least because I love these photos but also because I wasn’t expecting to fall a little bit in love with my subjects!

Abi came into the cafe where we were meeting in her beautiful polka-dot dress and dotty shoes with her bright pink hair perfectly styled, her totally on-point brows matching her hair and the most beautiful smile lighting up the room. As she scanned the room, I pleaded with the engagement-shoot gods “Please, please be you!”

Definitely one of my luckier days! 🙂
