The First Look

 

 

Originating and flourishing with our friends across the pond, this practice takes place BEFORE the ceremony, immediately after you’ve done your preening and pampering and are looking at your most glowy and showy.

I take the chance to whisk you away for some intimate shots before you get down to the official parts of the day, you’ll still feel the enormous emotion of seeing each other for the first time but you’ll be more relaxed, can soak in the moment and will express the full enormity of your love without the service disrupting the truly unique hugs, tears and kisses.

For me, it allows more time, a more relaxed atmosphere, I capture the raw emotion when you see each other for the first time, choose the location, hell, I just get to have fun with you all.

This is a choice only the two of you can make.

If it’s for you, let’s get it done !

If not, you’ll still get all the shots you want and more that you didn’t expect, I’ll just whisk you away for a quick photo-session after the formal photography has taken place.

And I promise you’ll get back in time for the champagne !

This style of photography takes place AFTER the wedding – you choose – the day after, post honeymoon, while the dress still sparkles and the memories of your fabulous day are still fresh.

Book this one-off super-session as an addition to your wedding photography package.

What do you mean, you’ve already got your photographer lined up ?

I won’t take offence, you can still come and rock it out with me after the honeymoon – all you need is your dress, your other half and a sense of humour.

This isn’t “trash the dress”, although feel free to bring a blow torch if that’s how you roll.

Normally, the most your dress would ever need to be restored to perfection is a simple dry cleaning…

But your idea of the perfect wedding snap ?
